At least that's what they called 2008. Both my wife and I were laid off from our jobs in the 2008-09 times the market dipped.
We are having our first child and the market was in shambles. People had lost confidence in the companies to make good on their promises through their products, goods and services.
Cut backs, downsizing, layoffs and workforce reduction was occurring on a massive daily scale.
Yet through it all God's provision remained steady. What are we to do when the nation you live in enters a recession?
Do you count your loses and begin to shrink back? Do you figure out how to save more and pinch pennies, conserve energy and hold back on wild ideas?
